Refund policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preferences.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@arcengaming.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for replacement.

We do not accept returns on clearance or final sale items.
